Refund Policy

Kindly fill Refund Request Form to apply for a refund. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email shall not be entertained in any case.

Non - Refundable Programs
Refunds are not applicable on Recorded Batches, Fastrack Batches, Test Series.

Refund Eligibility
The last date to apply for a Refund is within 7 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the course commencement date. A refund is not permissible after 7 days from the course commencement date. By enrolling for any Non Refundable Program, you acknowledge and agree that you (a) take full responsibility for purchasing a course that is ineligible for a refund; and (b) shall have no claim against Realpro Management and Skill School Private Limited for your ineligibility to request a refund for such course.

 

Deduction Charges
Amount deductible in Refund Cases (Towards Administrative and Academic Expenses) are INR 10,000 for all courses namely, 11th and 12th Commerce, CA Foundation and CA Intermediate.

 

Refund Mode & Documentation
Refunds will be credited to the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.

 

Refund rules are SAME even

• If a student joins the class after the commencement date or

• If a student doesn’t join or attend even a single class at all or

• If a student applies for a refund before the start of the class.

Special Condition
Refund application on the ground of severe disease may be considered by the management committee, after passing the Last Refund date on submission of Medical Prescription / Report.
